Green! Woo hoo, my favorite color of all! So how about some Christmas green w/ a little red and lt blue thrown in?
All images are Our Daily Bread designs. For my card, I stamped the Holly Tag with black ink, colored it with markers and cut it out. (There is also a new die made especially to cut these out. Mine is on the way, lol!) The sentiment was stamped with library green ink and I used markers to add the red and blue shadows/highlights. It was die cut using a Spellbinders labels 4. I used the same die to trace a sky blue frame for it and hand cut it.
I used a scallop border die to cut the bottom of a piece of dp and a white strip and layered them together. For the white band, I embossed it with holly folder, cut out a section and added narrow red and sky blue strips to the top and bottom edges. The punched red strip was done with a border punch. I embossed the large white holly, cut it out and sponged a little neptune ink around the edges. The ribbon was white and I colored it with a red marker. ItÂ’s all attached to a white 5.5 x 4.25 card.
Thanks so much for looking! Close ups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Julie, this is gorgeous. I love all the layers (I am so not good with layers) and your gorgeous tag. I am excited that I won one of the ODB sets in the blog hop. I chose the poinsettia.
