How wonderful to be able to combine the two challenges today!
For the Technique Lover's Challenge, I chose this particular sentiment stamp because I bought the entire set for this specific stamp. One of my favorite people comes to mind whenever I use this one! I also used Bordering Blue - it is such a soothing color for me and for my friend who also loves the ocean and beach. I will be sending this one to her this week!
The techniques I used are scored lines and die cuts. This is the first time I've used this medallion die.
For the CAS, I immediately thought of this sentiment - and kept the card very simple!

I too think the cat just makes the pic. He's very photogenic and is behaving very well. Your card is Very pretty, so don't let him steal your thunder. Thanks for sharing.

Love your staging - lol! Your card is beautiful! I've always loved this sentiment as well and never bought the set.
