Hi! This card was made for today's Clean And Simple Challenge: Art.com. Participants were to choose an inspiration piece.I chose this beach scene.
I saw this scene, and KNEW I was going to HAVE to use my new Beach Life Set. I CUT my stamp!!! I couldn't mask correctly and decided it would just be easier to cut away one of the trees and the hammock! That's one of the FABULOUS things about clear stamps!
I stamped the palm image twice and colored with Copics. I COLORED, NOT AIRBRUSHED! the scene with Copic markers, too. Highlights were added with an Inkssentials pen. Waves were stamped in VersaMark and embossed in white.
Total time: 21 minutes.(including fussing with the stamp and trying to mask...that was about 6 minutes!!!0
Finished size: 4 3/4" square.

Oh Faith, awesome beach scene. Funny you making a wish you were here sign when you don't even like the beach! LOL ...but then again, maybe you are trying to tell someone something! Hmmmmm Love your card. TFS :0)
