another card for featured stamper today.. this is sumtoy's card
I kept the basic design and partial colors:
changed-the theme and image shape, left off border punches and added 3D pieces under image.
coloring is gamsol/prisma pencils and water coloring.
the seaweed is freehand cutting, I drew the starfish and cut out. add some sprays of silver cording for pizzaz and I think I am finished..
I made this card for a friends grandson that is a marine biologist.. she is always asking me to make fish and water cards for his birthdays... this is what I came up with today, no fish, but I think he will get a kick out of it!

Jusy, this is just adorable...love that underwater scene - and that monkey...he is into everything!!! Love the added plant life - and your colouring - perfect! This polka dots are just right for the background - air bubbles!! Thanks for sharing!

Sooooo Cute!, Love the image and those cut out sea plants and stars look great...I know cutting takes a little extra time but it's always worth it. Wonderful card!

Adorable and so very creative. Wish the seaweed that gets stuck on me was as pretty as this! LOL!
