Obviously, I made this card for today's sketch challenge, but also for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday challenge. If you have a minute to check it out or want to play, go to her blog here for the deets: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/
Cindy went all elegant on us this week, and we actually are getting the red carpet treatment and get to enter through the front door with our white gloves and bling bling! Woo-hoo! It's gonna be a rootin-tootin' classy shindig! LOL!
I was very drawn to the colors in the beautiful teapot she was given and drew my inspiration from that. I saw a blend of copper and gold in it, but chose to use the copper to emboss my flowers and then color them with Copic markers. There is also just a hint of pink in the teapot and that's why I chose the pale pink for the half circle sentiment tab.
TFL and come on over to the party!

This is a wonderful card. The flowers are amazing.

This is so gorgeous, Charlene! Very elegant, indeed, with all the copper and embossing! The flowers are stunning! Fantastic take on the sketch and Cindy's beautiful teapot!
