I combined four challenges - today's Colour challenge - Pink Pirouette (pretty in pink), Perfect Plum and Kiwi Kiss (Old olive), Featured Stamper - K Dunbrook, Technique challenge - Cut it Out and this weeks House Mouse challenge - tall & thin card...
I really liked this card of Karen's - Shabby Chic Shabby Chic by k dunbrook at Splitcoaststampers,
Loved the layout and stitching - beautiful colours and flower embellishment.
I kept her layout the same, and flower embellishment.
I changed the colours and image. I added the cut out leaves - from the Leafy branch folder and placed my sentiment in the top left corner. I also Cuttle bugged the flower dp.
House mouse image was coloured with prismacolor pencil crayons and gamsol. I clear embossed the thimble. Masked the image and sponged on pale plum.

I love your wonderful HM card. Very nice work of the cut leaves, the sewing is a perfect compliment to image and I love the hardware that you've used too....
