What a wonderful challenge, Emily! I love all the colors and really hate to see them go! I used all the colors on my card. This is also for the Double Dare challenge I do each week with a group of SCS friends. This week Anne (jdmommy) challenged us to make a card inspired by the Summer Olympics, such as sports, China, etc. I chose to make an Oriental card inspired by the beauty of China. The CHF's image was watercolored with all the in colors except Blue Bayou...it was used in the matting and the ribbon tab at the side. I colored the primas with PP and BB but that one get a little dark! Not sure if the coins are Chinese so we will have to pretend....TFL and have a great day!!

Well I can tell you for a fact that the coins are Chinese. Lovely use of the colors, Joan. Asian inspired cards are always beautiful, and yours certainly is!! Great job on both themes!!

A beauty sis! I am going to miss groovy guava. Wah.... Love what you did with it too! I also have those coins- one of those 'had to have things' that stay in the doo-dad drawer. I believe I am now inspired to use them! Thanks for sharing your beautiful work! LYMI
