Thanks to all who posted flip flop cards for the inspiration! I had sooo much fun making this. It's for my daughter's birthday, and I plan to put a money fan in the tote.

JulieHHR: For the bag, I cut a stamped rectangle of scrapbooking paper, cut the sides slanting out, rounded the bottom out and the top in a bit, then scored and folded about 1/4 inch on the sides and bottom, cut slits in the rounded score at the bottom, glued it to red CS, leaving it bowed out slightly, trimmed it, and attached the eyelets and the ribbon handles. A long description, but it only took a couple of minutes.
