Here's another card for Jeanne's challenge. I realize there are a lot of autumnal colors here, but as hot and dry as it's been here this past 2 months, these are almost the colors du jour. We've had rain the past couple of days, so things are greening up a little, but not much.
What I love about our summer Texas weeds are their tenaciousness. They can be brown and dead looking, but let it rain, and BAM! in a few days, green and flowering again. So here's to you, my little Texas Coneflower Weed.
Did I mention I'm from Texas?

TEXAS? You're from Texas? Ever heard of Gruene Hall? Lol! Nancy- this is beautiful. Wish we had weeds that purdy here! I love this layout too. The CB in the bg works well with your beautiful stamp. Your coloring is fabulous! Remember the Alamo!
