Here is my card for two challenges - yesterdays sketch and todays Ways to Use it - to use a masculine topic.
I've been dying to use my fun little cabin from H&M's set - Dad's Outdoors. So I inked that up today along with the boots, lantern and cabin sign that are all part of the set.
I used the trees bg stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms and some great stone path DP by Provocraft both give the feeling of outdoors to the card I think.
All of the stamped items are cut out and attached with dimensionals. I colored everything with my Prismacolor markers.
thanks for looking - and Happy Memorial Day everyone in the US!!

Julia, this is awesome! I just love this whole scene, such a wonderful mood setter for this upcoming holiday weekend, yay! I love your cabin and how you've colored it--it actually looks like there is a roasty toasty fire warming the inside! Oh, the tree bg is amazing! You have really given us a treat tonight, I love your card (not at all unusual, hehe!) sorry I've neglected blogging lately...getting ready for camping too and DH bday today, so I've been a bag blogger! I'll make it up soon!) Hugs!

Julia, this is awesome. Wonderful masculine card. Love the scene you created. Great colouring. Like the stamped bg and the rock dp, the crimped oval panel under the sentiment. Great job with both challenges. tfs
