Sharon's Friday challenge found here: Blogs at Splitcoaststampers
is to use stitching on our card today. It could be hand, machine or faux stitching. The image is a Crafty Secrets Cotton Scrap that I sewed to a piece of So Saffron and the dp is sewn to the main card.
My mom's favorite flower was a yellow rose, so this is a Mother's Day tribute to her. Not sure what I will really use it for so there is no sentiment yet.
This also fits the Limited Supply Challenge of no stamping.
Thanks for looking...enjoy your Friday.

Ack, FABULOUS idea! The Cotton Scraps never occurred to me with this challenge, and I LOVE stitching those things to a card! I even brought my sewing machine to work so the ladies in my class last month could do it, too! Wonderful, wonderful card! TFS!
