This week's challenge in the Crafty Secrets member forum (details here if you'd like to join the fun) is for a square card and Lori invited us to include lovely vintage trims if we had them.
This was quick and simple as the paper does most of the work. The silk ribbon is hand dyed... with blackberries in this case! The paler one stayed in for a couple of hours, the darker one stayed in the same dye bath overnight.

A gorgeous image made into a beautiful card! I love the way the Crafty Secrets folks do vintage and feminine so well. Silk ribbon dyed with blackberry juice...wow!

Joanne this is gorgeous....I've looked at this paper a couple of times in my radiant book and wondered how to get the most out it...well thanks so much for the inspiration. The lace is beautiful as is your hand dyed ribbon ( you might say over the top) and the layout is perfect. Your machine stitching and scroll sentiment add the perfect vintage touch.
