This is my triple challenge: today's color, yesterday's tech and I threw in an old sketch because I needed one here.
Y'all ever hear a Chris Isaak song, Baby Did a Bad Bad Thing? I kept hearing it in my head the whole time I was working on this. Everything was going fine; I even remembered to put gloves on before I did the smash thing. (I did learn this the hard way years ago w/ a very similar tech.) The trouble came when I took the gloves off and started putting the tops back on the reinkers. Then the bad thing happened. All I can say is do you think I'll look like June Cleaver if I wear little white gloves everywhere?
What I did that wasn't too bad: I stamped a side of a Stampendous cube onto glossy c/s w/ sienna ink before I did Faith's smash tech. I used green, turq., brown Adirondack reinkers plus a little Brilliance gold.
I did a watercolor teck w/ markers on a piece of vanilla c/s and stamped the watch and the greeting. The turq. c/s large bg was stamped w/ turq. ink and the small strips were stamped w/ sienna ink. I used a gold leaf pen to edge some of the pieces and turq. marker to do the rest.
The kraft c/s, I used the new diamond CB embossing folder and rubbed a little gold Brilliance over the highlights. A few highlights were added to the watch w/ a gold gel pen. TFL
