For today's Color Challenge, I decided to make my first round card. The Tag Punch Starburst was created by Shadow Mill and the tutorial can be found Here
I brayered brushed silver cardstock with blue bayou ink, smooshed the whole sheet with VersaMark and embossed it with Hologram Highlights EP before punching my tag frames. The center is brushed silver and was punched first with the retired snowflake punch from SU!, then with the small scalloped Martha Stewart round punch. There is a snowflake brad and a pearl that was colored w/ a Copic marker in the very center. The Vellum was wheeled with craft white ink and the back was brayered with Blue Bayou ink. The soft sky strip was embossed with my cuttlebug snowflakes EF and the believe was stamped with Encore Silver and heat embossed with Hologram Highlights EP.
Thanks for taking a peek!

OK, this does it, Shel - I have got to try this right now - so look for my card today to have this starburst on it - it's all your fault! I love this card - the circle, the pattern on the starburst, the ribbons, background and sentiment - a real winner!

Totally awesome and beautiful! I love the way the silver just sparkles and the way you did the snowburst centre! The ribbon is so elegant, gosh the whole this is simply amazing!
