This is my card for Roxie's sketch challenge today. This is my story.
1. You would think I would be able to whip this out because I used one of those chipboard kit thingys they sell at Joanne's. Charlene and I both bought one.
2. But even though I had the chipboard pieces to work with, I had to dink around, add this, add that, and it took me as long as any other card...you can relate!
3. When my husband took this picture I asked him if he liked this card. He shrugged his shoulders and said...it's sort of blah....it doesn't have any pizzazz!
4. I said Oh.....
5. I named this card in honor of my photographer! Like he really cares! I am sure he will go to work today and tell all his co-workers that his wife named a card in his honor on Splitcoast!

First of all - love seeing you in your avatar - a face to go with the name! Secondly, maybe Lenscrafters has an opening and your DH can get in today! Third, this is a fabulous card!!

I think this card is pizzazzbulous! I love all the different textures and designs and they all go together, I have trouble using one. Love the ribbons in the back and the placement of the brads.

Doggone it!! I'm wrong again!! And I've been on such a roll!!! Here I was gonna say I loved that you had an extra bg, that I loved the different panels, that I loved your flower and colors, and that I LOVED your tripple brads on the sides......but I can't, cause I was told in the description that this is a *blah* card. And I'd be a fool to like one of Cindy's *blah* cards, cause she might send someone out to get me for being a *fool* on this site. So, back to the gallery to look for *non-blah* cards.

yeah, what they said.
I like it. but then again, I'm not into the bright girlie girl things.
it would be cool to use for an anniversary for whatever year you do the leather thing. (okay, so around here, we don't actually "do" that, just know your supose to, LOL)
Gift it up with a leather picture frame, a couple of the leather scent Yankee candles, and it would be a cool anniversary set for a distant family/friend type thing.

DON'T LISTEN TO HIM ... this is absolutely stunning. I think he only means that the colours are muted and not jazzy ... but sometimes muted just hits the mark KWIM? Anyway, beautifully done (as always)!

I love it! It has so much depth and is softly muted. What a cool idea to use chipboard. I love all the layers - it's perfect!
BTW the photographer did a good job taking the photo, it's crisp and clear and very professional looking!!!!!
