This card kept me busy! I made the panels based on an idea I got from a card I received from SCS Paige. I stamped the Hero Arts flower background on Whisper White, cut it into thirds, and then layered bright pink, pink and white vellum over the top. The base of the card is done in Baroque Burgundy. The next layer you see is shiny mirror paper. Then my black base to which I attached my panels. The *flower* is made by punching holes in strips of ribbon, putting a brad in it and cutting it down to look just right. The celebrate saying is popped up. Thanks for looking!
