Ok, here's the deal.. I am starting October 14th at Joann's teaching cardmaking classes. My first class is a mother/daughter stamp class. They will make 1 Christmas card (this), a Thank You card (fall theme) and an altered box.
I am only allowed to use what Joann's sells. This is tough for an old SU! girl! I tried to keep it simple as it's a beginner's class.
Advice would be appreciated!

What a great card! You include lots of textures with the layering, the brads and the ribbon. That's using the old up-sell noggin! :-D Very cute card. I agree with the earlier comment about changing the sentiment to something more wintery, though.

Congrats on teaching the class! This is a great card! I wouldn't change anything about it. I love the ribbon! It adds just a nice little touch. This is going to be a great class! Lucky you!!!

Fantastic card! It has so many interesting things going on, but should be simple enough for beginners! Congratulations and they're lucky to have you for a teacher!

Advice? Well for starters, Holly, you could send it to me so that I can case it. Much better to have it in hand to case than off the screen. ;) Best of luck to you.
