This is another for WT76 challenge to use a stipple brush. I cut an oval with the coluzzle and used it to mask the center of the cardstock. I stippled the outer area and then removed the oval and replaced it with the cutout portion of the coluzzle to mask off the border area. I stamped the flaky friends into the oval. I masked the snowmen and left the outer mask on to put the trees. I cut a frame with the coluzzle to finish off the scene.
