I wanted to give you some fresh spring colors this week. I love the combination of yellow and purple or lavender so I chose the grape and freesia. An interesting thing about the freesia. Alone it looks like a purple, but when next to a purple it looks pink. Fresh Freesia is quite the chameleon - perhaps that's why I love it!
I die cut all the pieces and added some shading in the same color as the cardstock to a few of the pieces. I think it adds a nice something extra. For my dessert I added Old Olive, I could have used Mossy Meadow since it is a neutral but I liked the lighter olive with these colors.
I hope you will be able to join us this week!

Adorable little pink/lavender bird in her cheerful home! I love these die sets--I really need to get mine out and play! You did a great job on this spring birdhome!

These colors are perfect for that birdhouse. I love how the freesia blends in with the purple and yellow. Fabulous card. I have this birdhouse die too so I have pinned this cutie for future inspiration. Thanks!
