When I saw today's challenge, I HAD to pull out this sentiment stamp! I inherited the IO ship stamp years ago, but think this may be the first time I've used it. I stamped it on the Crumb Cake panel with Night of Navy and then colored the sails with a white Paint Over Pen, which allowed the stamped details to show through. Added some details with gel pens. I was looking for a compass in my stash, but found the chipboard lighthouse instead. Sponged some Crumb Cake around the edges, attached the brads and mounted on the base, finishing it off with gold gel pen. I don't often make multiples of the same card, but think I will in this case!

The paint over pen is something I will have to look up, it sounds very useful. O absolutely love this with its soft vintage look. And how you got the chipboard to match the ship's sails is brilliant.

I love how this challenge inspired you to finally use that sentiment stamp paired with the IO ship stamp! The white Paint Over Pen on the colored sails adds such a unique touch, and the chipboard lighthouse and gold gel pen details really tie the whole nautical theme together beautifully. Making multiples of this card sounds like a fantastic idea - it's definitely a design worth repeating!
