This round for the alpha challenge is all about location. I doubled up on mine. As a member of a bobbin lace guild, for a number of years we met at the library in the town where a couple of the ladies lived. So my location is lace guild at the library. The bookshelves is a background stamp, which I colored with watercolor pencils. The words are from a scrapbook paper, and I punched the larger circle from an old book. I colored the edges of the paper with direct to paper technique. I took some liberties with the sketch by adding the lace and changing the angle of the words.
One of my favorite pastimes is reading. You can travel the world in the pages of a book.

I absolutely love that background image, it is fabulous! And I love that you doubled up on your location with both library and your lace guild. Beautiful needlework and gorgeous bookcase and a sentiment with great advice. Love it!
