I couldn't decide what idiom to use, so this card embodies two: "Mad as a hatter" and "Don't judge a book by it's cover".
I started with the book-shaped card, which I got from Goodwill with the intention of altering. I added paper from Bo Bunny's "Land of Wonder" pad to the "cover" and "spine" of the book. Then I added the sticker in each of the cover's four corners (from a very old Me & My Big Ideas sticker sheet).
Of course, I had to get the Mad Hatter in, so I fussy cut the image of him reading a book from Alchemy of Art's "Following Alice" collection of collage images. Finally, I added the "That Way", "This Way" and "Very Important" die-cuts (also from Bo Bunny's "Land of Wonder").
And that's it! Thanks for this fun challenge!

A fun card for this fun challenge! Lots of work assembling all the components but it all came together beautifully, and the book shape is a nice touch.

I really thought I had commented on this, but don’t see it. I liked this right away when it came up in the gallery. I really like Alice and Wonderlamd themed items, wonderfully fun card!
