The theme for this week's Teaparty is Emerald Hugs. Pat (casep) is our hostess, and encourages us to create a card with the color emerald green on it for Chris, who is recovering from some serious surgery to her liver.
Thinking, hmm, what do I have that is really green, I pulled out this vintage (empty) bath salts envelope with green leafy lettuce on it! I've had this in my stash before I actually knew what a "stash" was! I remember purchasing several of these in different scents, with different art on each one, when I was a teenager (so it is literally older than dirt, lol!). I saved all of them because they were so pretty, and have used them in various crafts over the years. This is one of the last unused ones that I have. (Fun Fact: Village Bath Products was a small company started in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and they are still in business as The Village Company!)
Anyway, enough ancient history! I hope this will cheer Chris up, because it is green and also has a butterfly on it! TFL!

What a fun find in yours stash, and what great background paper you found to paper with it. I'm really enjoying all the different sentiments people have pulled out for this challenge.

What a beautiful packaging and how cool you saved it so many years so it could grace this beautiful card and touch someone. Wow. Gives me goosebumps. So pretty! Hugz
