My card is for the Color Challenge hosted by Mary. Her fun & cheerful colors are Real Red, Blueberry Bushel, and White. The dessert option is Anything Goes. My dessert is embossing.
My DH and I will celebrate the 45th anniversary of our First Date on the day after Christmas. I decided to make a card for the occasion with Mary's colors.
A red gingham heart was stamped and die-cut, along with a blueberry outline heart. A white panel was dry embossed. The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark ink and heat embossed in white. The card was assembled. The embossed panel and the DSP are both tilted.
The sentiment strip was popped up. I added some rhinestones, substituting Night of Navy for the Blueberry Bushel. I could hardly tell the difference. Just a reminder than you can substitute with the closest colors you have.
We hope you will be inspired to join in and create for any occasion. Anything goes! TFL

Cuteness all the way, Diane. Perfect for a Valentine or Anniversary. How fun that you celebrate your first date day. I always remember mine and let hubby know how many years. Great way to use these colors. Love the tilted panels and embossed sentiment~
