The other day when I was hunting through my box (ha boxes) of wood mounted stamps in search of a wave stamp I came across this very old favourite. Mind you this stamp was bought in the days before Misti was invented. I sat and looked at it for ages before getting up the courage to tray and stamp the intricate image. After a couple of tries and newly reinked stamp pad Success! How we suffered before the days of Misti and how much paper we wasted trying to get that perfect image.
There was a fair bit of colouring in this one - but it as lovely to watch it transform into a beautiful collage.
Coloured the image with Derwent Inktense Pencils.

So beautiful! I just microwave those babies a bit and peel them off the block so I can use them in my Misti. Then I just stick them back on the block when done.
You seriously have the coolest stamp collection.
I love how you colored the flowers.
