Her face is blank, not something I'm a fan of but for this challenge I felt it worked, and I didn't want to waste time trying to add features and messing it up. I studied the image for a long time, and samples on the Unity site, and while they all (and my previous card using her) show the scarf covering almost everything, it appeared to me to look as if she is wearing a gilet over a sweater, as well as the scarf, so that's how I coloured it. Stripes are in my DP and her mittens, dots in her mittens and the embossed red strip. I added Stickles to my die-cut word.

I do like Unity girls - but like you I have a hard time with "no face". This card definitely has a frosty feel to it - but you have used lots of red to warm it up.

Lovely image and coloring, Sabrina. Super pretty card and I love that Dream sentiment. Special. Hugz

My biggest surprise on opening this card is that you own a Unity faceless girl!!! (I know you are not particularly fond of that look . . .) They have grown on me especially when recipients have said, "The girl on the card looks so much like me!" Universal woman is supposed to make you see yourself. Love the contrast between the stripes, which make me think of faded denim and the dots which take me to childhood and a red dotted swiss organza dress my aunt made for me.

It is a cute image, but I totally get your urge to create a face for her. Linda’s comments were interesting. I do love the touches are yours. And if I put my finger on her face…all I can do is dream!
