What a fun gallery to look at! I chose her Can't find My Stamps card, that featured a gorgeous pastel sunrise, behind some die cut trees. I changed to a winter scene, as I have a good friend who has a January birthday, but I always try to add a bit of warmth to his cards. I brushed antique linen distress ink in the background, then stamped the trees with early espresso and decided to give an icy look using distress crackle paint. I added a sweet little red bird and a snowbank, with dazzling diamonds for some snowy sparkle. The panel was attached to a dry embossed crumb cake piece and placed on the white card base. Here's my inspiration.
Thank you, thank you Sue. I'm ridiculously late seeing your wonderful card. Your lovely little winter bird. The crackle paint is a fabulous idea..im trying that soon. I really appreciate this honor altho I'm a computer dunce.
