I used Waterfront Stamp Set to create this scene. For the mountains, I stamped-off the ones in the bg. I also used a mask to add the grassy area and then the water. I sponged around this panel & the dp with blue. Stamped sentiment in marina mist, then sponged around edges, added the scalloped circle and popped up. I thought a little distinction between the scene and dp needed something, so I added the white twine. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta
