Thinking positive and making plans for a postponed trip. Let's go to Hawaii, relax on the beach, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves, swim in those gorgeous aqua blues. Our cards this week are going to one of our own, ArtzadoniStudio (Lori) and her dear husband, John!
I decided to take a light hearted approach and imagine Lori and John on the beach. They've waited all day to catch the sunset. I used the marvelous beach bay stamp in sections, first stamping with black and embossing in clear ep. The sand and water were then done separately. I misted the water and let the colors run together. The sky was done with 3 DO oranges that I used a fan brush to spread the color.
I hope our cards will cheer up these wonderful friends to everyone couple! Wouldn't it be just the bomb if we could all take a little Hawaiian vaca?!!!
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for spreading cheer to Lori and John.

First off - fabulous bg - both treatment and colors. LOVE the deep dark suntan John is sporting and wondering how Lori is managing to stay so porcelain as she cavorts under the same rays . . . .

yes it would be the bomb...I'm sure they've missed their Hawaii. So much fun you've created, I'm sure some belly laughs will happen. I didn't know Lori was a majorette.

A lovely light-hearted card. Sea and sand sound pretty good to me right now, I'm sure they do to John and Lori too. We can dream. I like the effect of the sand and water misted together.
