This is for Denise's challenge about waterparks. Obviously we haven't been traveling a lot lately...things are closed, events canceled...So this lovely sunbather decided to make her own fun and open up a back yard waterpark. So far she's the only attendee but she's hoping to attract others if they stick to the stated guidelines.
I found the background on Google and I somehow ( I'm still not sure how I accomplished it) was able to superimpose this Vera Lane girl on top of the scene. It's all colored with Prismacolors using gamsol. I decided to make my own plaid and got sort of carried away....there's not as much white bg as I was going for..oh well...I do like how it turned out. Thanks for looking....I had fun making this.
Oh and if you're unable to read the small print here it is:
**Guests must: be at least 6 feet from others or push them out of the way,
wear masks or polka dot swimsuits, only inner tubes featuring ducks will be
allowed, hand sanitizer must be used prior to entering the park or just wash
your hands in the fish pond, have fun or at least say you areâ¦.

LOL - I love that you did a quarantine / social distance card, too. Great rules . . .I do have a polka dot swim suit but if I wear a mask, can I just wear my birthday suit??? LOVE love all the humor in this!

Oh my gosh what a hoot. I love your pool rules!!!! Pol your plaid background is brilliant and I love the fabulous pool scene you created for your cutie putootie. I don't know too many computer answers, but I do know how you did this. You used the png image and not the jpg image. Vera Lane often included both jpg and png files. Bikini girl was only jpg in this set, but bathers girl is in both formats. Back to your terrific card...I love it to bits Polly.

Ha, love the great rules for her backyard quarantine waterpark, Polly! The plaid bg looks wonderful and I love how you so cleverly superimposed the digi girl onto the bg ... even if you may never be able to do it again LOL! Just back home this afternoon, need to get started on my ‘tickle’ card soon~

LOL!! Such a cute card, but oh so funny!! A very happy card - let's see - should they wear an "It's, Bitsy, Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" like the song said??
