I used the Floating Die-cut Frames technique, which has a tutorial in TLC744, here.
Took half a sheet of thin white card and sponged half with Festive Berries and half with Mermaid Lagoon. Stamped and fussy cut the leaves and flowers. Cut the frame as per the tutorial. Stamped a sentiment on the base before embossing it, added two tiny red gems.

So much work and attention to detail. Just stunning. Love the embossed quilted background. Going to have to check out this technique. Just imagine getting this in the mail.

That floating frame looks amazing but probably one of those techniques I will avoid like the plague . . . (unless I've got say 8 -10 hours of downtime - LOL) beautiful colors and love the enamel accents in each flower.

Wonderful shades of red and blue, Sabrina. I’ve had that technique in the back of my mind as something I wanted to try. The Press’nSeal is waiting in the pantry to be used for this.

This is really cool the way you popped each flower and leaf up. Beautiful card Sabrina!
