I love her colors, but I was being lazy and only used the colors on my kitchen counter. I did use leaves and flowers but I used different ones and I made a little collage in the left corner.
Aztk (Teresa) and I decided we would make thank you cards for our postal delivery people. She recommended we do vintage collage cards, with older stamps and postal stamps. I don't know if my postal person is a man or a woman so I went with muted colors. I used Natural Beauty (one of my fave old SU! sets) and some unknown loose stamps (the tiny birds and the clock at the top). I used the only non-flower old postal stamp I have. Can't wait to see what Teresa came up with.
Congrats Sheri, I love your gallery and had so much fun looking through it. Enjoy your week.

I remember that set - I think I used to have it - what a great job you did on this design Nancy - I like it in the colors you used and I'm sure it will be appreciated by your mail carrier!

I totally love this card! and THANKS for mentioning we spoke. I am bad and forgot to mention that,.. while I was on my 'soapbox' trying to convince others to uplift their Mail Carrier. hahaha you know I enjoyed chatting with you about this idea. Also, thanks for your kind comments on my card. I think I got carried away with the black dots... started out with TWO right on the ends of two fountain pens. probably should have stopped there, but thought the more the merrier. HAHAHHAH Have a great day, T
