| | I made this card for last Tuesday's Teapot Tuesday party so I am just barely getting this in under the wire- whew! Anita is our hostess and she has a wonderful challenge of "Teapotter's Power" meaning "the power of a card" which is so true. These roses are a bit tricky to stamp because they fit together to build an image. The x's are so tiny it is hard to line this up. I finally resorted to my stamp-a-ma-jig and that worked out quite well actually. There is an ink smudge I managed to do at the end, thus the yellow butterfly (sigh) One of last week's recipient's favorite colors is blue, so I thought it would be fun to try these roses in blue, and I am glad I did. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen. |
