**Bright enough at seven on Sunday morning to take a better picture...
I didn't want to miss the Inspiration Challenge's 700th celebration...but this hasn't turned out quite like I envisaged in my mind. And it's late in the evening for a good photo, but I'm out much of the day tomorrow...
I was inspired by the photo of the white peacock - especially as we were lucky enough to see them in real life on a river bank one night in France. I have a short video clip . Their feathers are quite unlike the regular peacock, much more delicate and airy, but I used the peacock feather from Fine Feathers, stamped it in white, embossed in clear, misted the card and added Moss Green and Leaf Green Brushos. When dry, I cut with a circle die. Because of the radiating tails I went with an embossed sunburst, and to mimic the little details along the tail feathers, I added tiny punched hearts to the end of each ray. Trimmed down and popped up on foam on a white base, and finished it off with a gem in the eye of the feather. I'll try to replace it with a better photo on Monday if I get a chance.
Congratulations on 700 challenges to all the IC team, past and present.
