Have you ever been using a recipe book and you didn't realise the page flipped over and you continued cooking. Ohhhh that's a story for another day, but it's pretty much what happened today when I read the Monday challenges.
Some how I got my wires crossed, all I had in my head was monochromatic and CAS. When I went to upload this monochromatic card I quickly learnt that my card didn't have to be CAS.....ohhhh but it was supposed to be monochromatic STAMPING - not monochromatic pencil colouring.
I did use a stencil on this card, but it's hardly the focal point for the CAS challenge, so here I am "all dressed up and nowhere to go".
I did have a lot of fun colouring this and fussy cutting is my favourite thing to do, so all is well.
Thanks very much for looking and I hope you have a happy, inky week.

She is ADORABLE, Susie! Yep, I've done that with things! LOL BUT, you have created a SUPER SWEET card!!! She makes me think of a monochromatic Cinderella, OR a monochromatic Ann of Green Gables! (Reading that one right now! LOL) She IS ADORABLE, Susie!!! LOVE all of the print on her dress too!!!

Awesome, Susie! She is so beautiful with her stenciled dress, beautiful hair, and a lovely bow. I love the highlighting of the stenciled dots. Susie, your artwork is always top notch whether you follow the intent of a challenge or not. As you know, I love your awesome work! Hugs, my friend!

Your little miss is just too adorable for words. All dressed up and ready to go. This card has your trademark all over it. I love the way her little hair bow overlaps the CAS framing.
