This card is a congratulations card for my youngest daughter with the announcement of a new baby girl to join us in Mid-March 2019! Picture shows the rose ribbon much darker than in RIL...

Oh, sweet Carlene, congratulations on the new grand baby coming in mid-March! How very exciting, and what a darling card! You know I LOVE quilts, and this is such a sweet one with the adorable and sweet little bear! Such a lovely die for the border of your quilt, and I'm sure she loved it!
