This is for this weeks tea-party to help uplift one of our own. Bobbies girl....she is gong through a rough time and could use some tea-potter magic...:0)
It is about recycling, so I got a bit of a picture from an old calendar for my main part, then added a bit of old embroidery thread I had lyng around with a pretty edge given to me from a fellow tea-potter, (thank you)
I did some sponging and punched the corners, and added a bit of a verse. The picture reminded me of thanksgiving so I thought a bit of the Lords prayer would be a uplifting reminder for Carol plus a good thank you verse for the thanksgiving theme picture.
Thanks for the visit...:0)

Oh my, I just love this card Wendy, and I want to thank you for the great inspiration to use a calendar page in this manner. I have many calendars lying around and have not thought to use them on a card before. I love all the stamping, punching and die cutting you did to highlight this gorgeous fall scene and I especially love how you tied it all up with this wonderful embroidery floss. I know Carol will be so pleased with this beautiful card you made for her. ~Karen.

Beautiful fall picture! Great idea to recycle from a calendar! Those vertical sentiments really come in handy sometimes! I love how you combined all the elements on this card. Lovely!

Great fall card as think today is the first day of fall, nice use of all the treasures sent to you by teapotters and putting them together to make your card.
