Wow, this was fun! Julie gave us a fabulous color inspiration site this week for IC639. I found THIS photo and palette and fell in love!
I actually colored a different kitty first. My friend Janine gave me the cutest kitty image and I messed it up. I tend to do that the first time I color an image.
My next thought was the Sitting Here stamp set with a kitty that matches the photo inspiration but I used it just a couple of weeks ago for an IC challenge so I wasn't sure I wanted to feature it again so soon. I couldn't resist that cute kitty though so I pulled out the set. This time I decided to add a tree branch at the top of the swing. I pulled out the Beautiful Bouquet set and stamped blue flowers. I looked it up on the internet and I did find a blue flowering tree. The Blue Jacaranda. Most of the photos were more purplish but there were a couple that looked very blue.
I had a wonderful time looking at the gorgeous color combos on this site! I hope you will join us!

I knew this before I clicked the link! It's a gorgeous photo of the sleeping kitten - and your card is too perfect for words - it says so much but remains beautifully CAS.

What a peaceful, relaxing image you chose, Angie. The color palette continues that calm feeling with the lovely blues and greys. I would love to take a seat right beside that kittie.
