It's a dreary rainy day here so I wanted (needed) color & sunshine on my card. I started by stamping my floral bg in watermark ink onto the glossy stock then embossed with Clear powder. Now for the fun! Randomly sponged a variety of (to me) joyful colors over the entire piece. I cut my panels 1 1/2" x 3" and added a narrow frame in metallic black. (I like to use Elmer's FLEX glue when adhering multiple layers as it really does stay flexible and keeps the card from feeling like a BOARD). I finished with a dimensional butterfly and a wild scattering of iridescent sequins.
