This week's featured stamper is Beth. She has an absolutely lovely gallery. I chose this card to CASE: I am a Mermaid by scrapbook4ever at Splitcoaststampers Beth has several other tri-shutter cards in her gallery too. I kept the tri-shutter format, to make my first tri-shutter card, but changed it from a mermaid to a fall theme using this week's color challenge colors and featuring leaves in several of the panels.
I also tried, for the first time, the baby wipe stamping technique which was a lot of fun. I used the color challenge colors to create my custom ink pad and stamped the oak leaves, the oak tree, and the panel of trees. I stamped the evergreen tree using the Old Olive ink and stamped the sentiments with Cherry Cobbler. I sponged all the panels. I stamped the leaf from the Best of Autumn stamp using the custom ink pad and then thumped it with a versamark marker, using gold embossing powder to just put a few gold highlights here and there on the leaf. Unfortunately the shine doesn't show up in the photo. I fussy cut the leaf and popped it up with dimensionals.
This was a fun card to make. Beth, you have a lovely gallery. Thanks for looking.

I love these tri shutter cards and have made several over the years for special cards like my son's birthdays. I know how much work you put into this. The tree motif is great for this type of long card. what a pretty fall creation.
