First card uploaded in a looong time! I had the privilege of meeting up with my Dirty Dozen sister Dina for the first time this week as by sheer amazing coincidence both of our parents live in the same town, and we're both here visiting at the same time! We helped my Mom "prune" her plants and spent an afternoon experimenting with this fun technique - this is the result with Japanese Maple leaves. Added ink splatters and strokes, twine and clear sequins (which don't show up well) to finish.

Oh, Bridget, it's such a joy to see you in the gallery, and what a real JOY to get to meet and play with Dina! I know you both had a wonderful time, and what a gorgeous card. It's stunning with the colors from the leaves. And most of all, I love the sentiment! Beautifully done, sweet friend! Big hugs and oceans of love! xoxo
