I stamped the beach cove scene and colored with markers. Then stamped the sentiment.
The recollections mermaid is part of a 21 piece set to include shells, starfish & dies for body & tail. I stamped her with Sahara sand and colored her skin with mint melody, tail in mint macaron and hair in really rust.
I popped up her head with a foam dot for dimension and adhered her tail direct to mixed media paper.
The starfish & shells were inked with Versamagic chaulk ink in wheat color.
Frame in sea foam CS and then Kraft CS.
Finished with Sparkle pen and Wink of Stella on mermaid, water & shells/starfish.
Fun challenge and my first 'sea worthy' card.

I love your beautifully colored beach scene with that awesome mermaid popped up next to it - she is very beautiful and sparkly (and I don't even really care for mermaids that much!) I think you've changed my mind!
