Hi, sweet friends! I've been busy trying to reorganize my craft room, but it's time to share a special digital image to celebrate Marcella Hawley's birthday TODAY...and it's filled with such delightful flowers and leaves (definitely had to research at least one of them to know how to color it...hehe!). I printed the image along with a sentiment from Cuppa Buttercups, and it fit just right in the top right-hand corner. Then I started to color, and this one took me most of Saturday. I decided to give it a simple thin black mat with a couple of pieces "out of the box" at the bottom...then added three black rhinestones to finish it. There are two more digital images being released today, and I hope I can make cards for them too...we'll see how the week goes.
Thank you so much for taking a closer look at my card, and I hope you have a wonderful week! Hugs, all!
Stop by my blog for more details--including the long list of Copic markers I used for this card--and all the news this week at Power Poppy.

Cheryl this is a beautiful piece! Now don't be surprised when I say this -- I took one look (before reading the additional info fields) and was sure you'd used colored pencil on this. Cheryl, when you can achieve the look of pencil and/or watercolor with Copics, in my humble opinion, you've arrived! Gorgeous A+ coloring!
