All my life I have had at least one or two Miniature Dachshunds at any given time. Now anyone who has ever had a Dachshund knows that they are the sweetest, cuddliest, most loving little creatures bar none, however, there is always one thing constantly on their mind, FOOD and TREATS. I think that they believe we are robotic treat delivering devices who constantly fall under their power and hand over the goodies. I can say I have never had a fat doxie, as they are also very playful and love to run around as fast as those little legs will take them.
I love this image from Bugaboo Digital Stamps. I stamped it up twice on watercolor paper and colored both with the Zig Clean Color Markers, cut the head off of one (OUCH!) and used an Action Wobbler to pop it up onto the imaged on the card base. So darned cute when you flick that ear. The bones were stamped and die cut from the SU Howl-o-ween Treat set, I hand wrote the words, then added some color, which I should have done first. I stacked the bones up to fit on the card. Added some dots and lines with a Project Life pen and done.

Just like in a pet shop, today's challenge has given us some irresistable little dogs to look at in the gallery today. What a fun day it has been. Every card seems to show the personalities of each dog breed, and this little face on your card is too cute to pass up.

How cute! Growing up, we had one dachshund...but he was a doxie/beagle mix. As tall & long as a doxie but w/ the weight & face of beagle. Ol' Barney was a handful! And in love w/ a german shepherd a block over. He had lofty dreams, apparently.

WOW! Love this and I just purchased this digital for myself too because I have a chiweenie (chihuahua/dachshund) that is black and tan and looks very much like this, and yes especially when food is around
