I die cut the frame and outer edge and popped it up on foam pads. I added a whisper white oval to the decorative oval, and punched some little flowers to soften the edge. I put a small dot of Crystal Drops in each flower centre and in the four corners of the frame.

WOW!! Sandie, this is just outstanding! The light blue and subtle pattern give such an airy feeling! I love all of the tiny flowers you added around the sentiment!
