This is going out to Drew who will turn 4 later this month. He is autistic and non verbal. I'm hoping he's a Sponge Bob fan. As a great aunt to two boys also on the autism spectrum I'm pretty sure he relates to Sponge Bob and his pals. And I know how important birthdays are. I hand drew SB, colored him with copics, and then outlined. I predict I'll be making another one of these for another little boy whose birthday is in December. FYI-I watched some SB over the weekend..along with a few other cartoon shows. Not my favorite programs but "someone" sure liked them.

That fancy Happy Birthday at the top is super - and I love the way the 4 looks like a fancy-iced cupcake. Well, it does to me. Funny, I don't think this was a programme my nephew was into, but when I minded my best friend's little daughter she certainly was - an education for me .
