I'm your hostess this week, and I've selected Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for this week's Color Challenge. The dessert option is Summer Treats.
I love fresh pineapple, and it always makes me think of Hawaii, which I also love! To make my pineapple, I stamped off with the first layer of the pineapple, then full strength on the second layer, both with Daffodil Delight ink. For the third layer, I used Soft Suede as my neutral color. For the top of the pineapple, I stamped off once for the first layer, then second layer full strength with Old Olive. The third layer is Mossy Meadow. I do love this set--I think the pineapple is very realistic.
I fussy cut the pineapple, and popped it up on the banners. The yellow banner started out white, and then I sponged it with Mustard Seed Distress Ink. I sponged the edged of the Old Olive banner. For the Daffodil layer I stamped the pineapples with Daffodil ink. All of the die cuts are from Blueprints 13.
This card is also for FIVE DTGD challenges, Vicki, Stampersandee, Kathleen Curry, Cathy, and Edna15. Thanks, ladies, for great challenges!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

What a pretty warm way to send wishes. Reminds me of my SIL who went to Hawaii and said how wonderful the pineapple is there right of the trees. YUM... just like this yummy looking one...Great colors Thanks for the challenge...:0)
