Mod Squad Challenge: Nautical Theme

Freshly Made Sketches (I'm not adding to their link since they only allow 3 other challenges.)
I used pool & navy reinkers on wc paper after saturating heavily with water. Once dry I added some white acrylic by flicking with a toothbrush. For the sailboat, I stamped off once then misted the image before stamping, cut it out. The sentiment is stamped off once since the navy just seemed too dark full strength. The bg is popped up using fun foam. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Beautiful card, Roberta! Love the simplicity of it, your beautiful framing and your background looks wonderful with your sailboat. It reminds me of a misty morning on the lake!

What a fantastic card! Love the watercoloring and speckled white acrylic paint The offset sailboat against the watercolor panel and embossed panel adds such interest. Thanks so much for including the PPA color challenge in your stamping fun this week. Now to pin this beauty!!

Wonderful card, the soft design of the background adds so much to an otherwise clean and simple card. Fabulous.
Thanks for joining in at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

I like the dream catcher feeling of the central background panel. There is a feeling of a person wishing they were on a boat! This seems like a very unique interpretation of colors! Superb!
