This card is for the Ways to Use It challenge with a theme of school supplies. For the background, I watercolored as kids do in school on their art projects. First, I lightly stamped the image and then purposely tried to paint the colors where I wanted them to be in the image. After it was dry, I stamped & embossed the image on top. The colors lined up pretty good, although I did add more pink to the flower. For more school items, I stapled on a scrap of ribbon and used a new pencil eraser to stamp polka-dots along the side.
This card also goes for the Alphabet Challenge Letter P with a double challenge of painting. I did that and used polka-dot embossing and ribbon, Letter P colors and Plum embossing powder.
It's not my favorite card, but I will use it for a summer birthday. I had fun with the challenges. Thanks for looking.

The stamped dots look great - I actually had to go out and buy some pencils with erasers to be able to try this. And I like your use of the broad strokes of colour with the line-art stamps.
