Vicki is our hostess this week, and she has given us the bright combo of Island Indigo, Daffodil Delight and Garden Green. The dessert option is leaves.
I went all-in with the dessert option this week, and was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest. My card is very similar, although I used different die, stamps and colors. I'm not very good at freehand splattering (need to work on that!), so my splatters are a stamp, which I repeatedly stamped using this week's colors. The leaves are randomly colored with markers. I cut "friend" using Garden Green cardstock, and then covered it with Wink of Stella.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!
Beautifully clean! Love all the splatters....they add a lot of background interest! The coloring on your leaves is just terrific and I love the sentiment layered over top of it!

Fabulous texture on the card and great splatter! I should probably have tried stamping mine, as I didn't have much luck with the brush!

Oh, this is a great design! I love the shimmery leaves behind your die cut "friend". Also, the splatter stamps are a life saver for me - I'm splatter-impaired, lol!
